Tsukiyomi Ikuto

Bio (Spoilers)

Ikuto used to be forced to work for Easter. He was the one sent to clean up all the x-eggs by destroying them. Once the embryo appeared he was suppose to report it and capture it. When he didn't cooperate Easter had new plans for him. The director (Ikuto's step father) ordered them to steal Ikuto's violin. (Ikuto's violin used to belong to his father Aurto) They plan on using the violin to control him. Ikuto of course breaks into Easter and takes his violin back. Soon after taking it back he gets sick and collapses. Easter is out looking for him and his violin now leaving no where for Ikuto to hide, except Amu's room.

Amu arrives home one day to find Ikuto sleeping in her bed. Apparently Yoru brought Ikuto there hoping that Amu would let him stay. She reluctantly does and hides him in her room. While in Amu's room he confuses to her, only to have her think it's a joke. While he stays with Amu Yoru figures out what is causing Ikuto to act the way he has been, his violin. The sound of his violin gather Hearts' Eggs from children and Ikuto transforms into Death Rebel. Amu is able to reach him and bring him back to himself. Ikuto then transforms into Seven Seas Treasure. (it is rumored that he has a second egg)

Once Easter gets their hands on the Embryo Ikuto helps Amu and the Gaurdians get it back by helping them break into Easter. (In the anime I believe this took place at the amusement park)
After the last battle Easter Ikuto goes to look for his father and isn't seen until the end of the manga. Before Ikuto leaves he gives Amu a kiss on the cheek making her think about who she really likes. It is never clear on rather or not Ikuto finds his father.

Family (Spoliers)

Ikuto's mother, Souko Hoshina, married a famous violinist, Aruto Tsukiyomi, and as the daughter of the head of Easter whoever she married had to take over Easter. Ikuto's grandfather never liked Aruto and wanted Souko to marry the director of Easter, but allowed her to marry Aruto as long as he promised to take over Easter when the time was right. Aruto loved music and never had any desire to be the head of Easter so when the time came he left Souko, Ikuto and Utau. After Aruto left his violin was found and given to Ikuto. Shortly after Aruto left Souko became ill and had to stay at the hospital. Ikuto and Utau went to stay with Tadase's family, who were close family friends, while Souko was in the hospital. Ikuto would play the violin while Utau sang. When Tadase's dog was found dead, Ikuto was their playing his violin. Tadase had thought that the violin killed his dog when in fact Ikuto was just playing in sorrow of the dogs passing and helping the dog go in peace. Before Ikuto ran away he took back his dad's key, which Tadase always thought was his. In reality the key was a representation of Tadase's dad and Aruto's friendship.
Once Souko left the hosptial weak her father arranged for her to marry the director of Easter.
